Faith in Motion: Our Sunday school is called Faith in Motion. At Newcastle United Church we enjoy an active and engaging children’s ministry. After a conversation time that happens early in the worship service, the children leave the sanctuary to attend Faith in Motion in the rooms in the upper part of our Church hall. We provide classes for all children from preschool to Grade 8. Age-appropriate weekly bible stories with games and crafts are taught by a wonderful, dedicated team of volunteers. Special outreach projects are also an important part of the program. Our children’s program runs from September to June. Our church building is closed in July. During August, worship fun paks are available at the back of the church for kids and kids at heart!

Nursery: A nursery is available for children not old enough to attend our Faith in Motion classes. The nursery is located in the upper part of the church hall.
